Global Service Adventures participants come from all over the world to be part of our 5 programs. This means we have a lot of experience with flights and travel logistics, which is why Global Service Adventures strongly suggests that students book their Group Chaperoned Flight through the GSA Flights Division! Additionally, the GSA Flights Team provides close monitoring and handles flight difficulties as they may arise.
We cannot be held responsible for the coordination of flights not booked through our GSA Flights Division since there is no availability to access or modify flight bookings.

To travel to Jamaica, a passport is required. As a general rule, most countries expect your passport to be valid for at least 6 months after your trip start date. Students traveling from outside the U.S. should consult their local consulate about validity dates and other restrictions. For further information, call us with specific visa questions.
Chaperoned group flights are organized by Global Service Adventures. Families who live in the United States should book through our recommended route so students can fly together. It’s important to note that we have no control over how many students choose to book group flights or which route they take.
For non-U.S.-based students looking for alternate flight arrangements, or looking to use frequent flier miles and you book a flight that we do not recommend, there will be a charge of $150. This is for both arriving and departing. If you are arriving from the United States, the charge is $150 each way. Please contact our office before you book your flights, so we can help you plan to arrive and depart at appropriate times.
Our team monitors and supports students and families through the entire travel process, and especially on the day of travel. For some flights, we offer chaperoned assistance to help make sure everything goes smoothly.
