We will begin interviewing for positions in February 2023 and we’ll be carefully screening potential Trip Leaders for our team. The hiring process has multiple steps and typically runs between 3-4 weeks. Step 1: Online Application

When submitting an application, please ensure you complete the entire application process by uploading your resume, cover letter, and two references. Not submitting all of these items will result in an incomplete submission. If you do not receive a confirmation once the application is submitted you may write an email to info@globalservicetrips.com
Step 2: Interview Process
We will review your application, cover letter, and resume. If your application is selected, we will invite you to a first-round interview via Zoom, our video conferencing platform. After the initial assessment, selected candidates will progress to additional interviews prior to being offered a contract. This gives both parties an opportunity for further evaluation before any contractual commitments are made. Note Your cover letter should emphasize how you’ve helped to educate, empower and cultivate leadership skills in youth as well as your knowledge of the region where you’re hoping to work. Showcase any experiences that involved living/traveling domestically or abroad – highlight these unique intercultural exposures!
Step 3: References And Background Check
We will contact your references. Assuming all goes well, you will be offered a position and then we will run a background check on you. Once the check comes back satisfactory, you’ll begin the onboarding process!
