about the refer a friend rewards program

With our new Refer-a-Friend Rewards Program, it’s easier than ever before to not only share your own passion, but help others do what they love too!
 
  • The referral fee is a way to help reduce the cost of your trip and spread the word with an incentive. Once the application fee, and deposit are made, the credits will be applied.

  • The refer a friend composition is applied once you have come on a trip previously / or confirmed your space on an existing program.

  • Join one of our scheduled trips during 2023 and beyond and apply your credit towards your trip. If these dates don’t work, create your own customized trip. Refer ten people and travel for free excluding airfare.

  • The referral credits you’ve earned will expire after two years. You now have more opportunities to use the credits you earned!

how this program works

  • You must have traveled with us before or have a confirmed booking
  • The person you refer must be someone who has never traveled with GSA before
  • Your friend books one of our scheduled teen programs, alumni trip or customized group program
  • To earn credits, give us the referee name, phone number, and email address when they book, or within 14 days.
  • You can use your credits towards buying a trip or program in the future, or you can give them to someone else as a gift.
  • The booking for the referee will be processed within 48 hours and applied to your trip.
